The Beads N Botanicals mission is to provide
individuals with opportunities to learn and grow: creatively, financially,
healthfully, mindfully and spiritually in a safe, warm and welcoming
environment. To that end, BnB offers occasions for self discovery, self
improvement and just sheer fun.

We've always had psychic readers and healers at the shop, including sessions with Catherine and Marlita, as well as special events, such as Psychic & Health Fairs and our popular Beach Party Fridays during the Summer. But now we have a new schedule with sessions available daily. While walk-ins are allowed, we suggest making an appointment to guarantee the time & date you want. Schedules are already booking up in advance. In addition to tarot, past life regression and herbal consultations with Catherine, the following sessions are available:

Wise Weeds Botanical Studies: Herbal Medicine Chest Course
Medicinal
Herbalist Catherine Novak (and owner of Beads N Botanicals) teaches
this course. Over the years, I’ve discovered that each individual herb
has so much to teach us about healing and our relationship to nature.
Just when I make the mistake of thinking I know almost everything about
an herb’s properties, I learn of another through direct life experience
or knowledge shared with me by herbalists whom I respect.
This course will cover somewhere between 25 and 50 herbs altogether. However, you should be very pleased with yourself if you develop a working knowledge of considerably less. The Herbal Medicine Chest covers holistic approaches to “medicine,” a traditional Chinese medicine view of “medicine,” and a Native American perspective on “medicine.” You will learn how to use herbs safely and responsibly; methods of preparing herbs; suggested herbs to keep on hand for everyday use; how to make herbal oil infusions and salves; and how to use wild edibles as food and medicine.
Five Weeks on Wednesday nights, from 6pm to 7:30pm. starting Sept 6th
Cost: $150 per person, due by Sept 6th Pre-payment and pre-registration required. Minimum of three students required for this class to run with no more than eight students. (we will have a waiting list for more than 8 students)

Basic Wire Working: How to Make Earrings: A great starter class! You'll make two pairs of earrings. Please Note: This class is a pre-requisite for our Wire-Wrapping Pendants class. Cost: $15, 1 hour, materials included.

Catherine Novak has been reading tarot cards for more than 20 years and is offering this class in response to many clients and students looking to learn more about the tarot. We will cover the traditional meanings of the Major & Minor Arcana cards, interpretation of the cards, listening to your inner voice and developing confidence in your reading abilities.
